Land lies in Southeastern Montana-a locality now attracting the attention of settlers from the Eastern States. 3. 2,000 acres of irrigable land, of which 500 acres are now in alfalfa. Farming in Montana without irrigation is now general and very successful throughout the State. 4. Ample water rights and supply for all irrigable land. 5. Land examined by one of our Vice-Presidents (a land expert), who valued the security, conservatively, at two and one-half times the amount of the loan. 6. Bonds guaranteed as to principal and interest by personal endorsement of officers and directors of issuing company, whose aggregate commercial rating is reported to be $400,000, or nearly six times the amount of this bond issue. We know these men to be of high character, of excellent business ability and financial standing. 7. We recommend these bonds to investors. Price, Par and Accrued Interest, to Yield 6%.
