Make your own fresh better-than bottled pour-on dressings the easy way with Hellmann's Mayonnaise. Just thin it, spice it, stir it. Whole-egg Hellmann's is so creamy, you can't thin out its flavor. That's real mayonnaise. CREAMY ITALIAN DRESSING 3/4 cup HELLMANN'S ® Real Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon wine vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon Mazola® corn oil 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1 teaspoon sugar 1 small garlic clove, minced Combine ingredients. Makes 1 cup. PARMESAN CHEESE DRESSING 2/3 cup HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar Creamy Italian-luscious on tossed greens. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Mix ingredients. Serve on greens. Makes 1 cup CREAMY ROQUEFORT DRESSING 3/4 cup HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise 1/4 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon white pepper Combine ingredients. Serve on tossed salad greens. Makes about 1 cup. Note: Make dressings ahead, then chill. Warm to room temperature before using. Thin further if desired. MAYONNAISE ESPAGNOLE 1 cup HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise 1/4 cup finely chopped cooked ham 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard Dash red pepper or cayenne Dash garlic powder 1/3 cup milk 1 tablespoon Mazola corn oil Combine ingredients.
