When you come to Canada, you will be able to cross the border without difficulty; you will need no passports; you will suffer no restrictions you will be as free in our country a you are in your own. You will meet with the warm friendship that good neighbours entertain for one another. ourcountry and our institutions are somewhat different from your own. But these variations will add interest to your visit. You will find good roads on which to travel, fine gardens, lakes and river, mountain and meadows and peaceful homesteads. you will also find r ea national parks preered and dedicated for the head refreshment, and entertainment of the people and their friends. We have splendid hotels, railway systems of which we are proud. and many pleasant places Sand byways wheresto a s The American dollars which you leave behind will be used by the Government of Canada for purchases to be made in the United States. These purchases will be used for the defence of the ideals of freedom and justice which we hold in common.
