This is the Portuguese edition, a periodical devoted to the defense of the Americas, put out by the Office of the Coordinator of Inter-American Affairs. Much of the mineral is taken from open cuts in Brazil. However, the dark tunnel (left) of this mine near Governador Valadares, leads to an underground part of the mica-bearing vein.
