SEA URCHIN (Strongylocentrotus drobachiensis) THE SEA URCHIN is one of the most perfectly pro tected creatures of the submarine world. Completely covered with long, sharp spines, it presents a forbidding surface to attackers. The spines also act as shock absorbers against the force of the waves, and sudden violent contact with the rocks. The sea urchin need make no effort to de fend itself, for its natural armor is protection enough. The higher we go in the scale of life, the less frequently do we find this natural protection. But civilized man is endowed with a greater gift-in telligence. And he has used this intelligence to figure out his own methods of protection. He has developed various forms of insurance. Very important among these are accident and automobile insurance. By means of them the mo torist is protected against the financial hazards of accidents. The Travelers, through its thousands of representatives, and claim men everywhere in the United States and Canada, takes care of policyhold ers promptly no matter where an accident occurs. Moral: Insure in The Travelers. The Travelers Insurance Company, The Travelers Indemnity Company, The Travelers Fire Insurance Company, Hartford, Connecticut.
