THE SACKETT & WILHELMS COMPANY Lithographersand Printers WORKS : GRAND STREET, MORGAN AND METROPOLITAN AVENUES BROOKLYN, NEW YORK The sixteen-page Rotogravure insert in this number of the Geographic Magazine is printed from our Rotogravure presses by the process perfected by the Rotogravur Deutsche Tiefdruck Gesellschaft of Berlin, which we were the first to introduce in this country. We believe that we are justified in making the assertion that, owing to the simplicity of the Rotogravure process, this new method of printing will soon command a large and steadily increasing market. It has placed the most popular and charm ing of all the picture processes, that of Photogravure, within the reach of advertisers and publishers, as its cost bears favorable comparison with good half-tone printing.
