One of these takesthe form ofaplay which commemorates the spirit and courage of those who defended the city during the Thirty Years' War. The life of the community turns back 300 years, and thetownspeople don the costumes of the early 17th century. The city is represented as besieged by the Imperial army anditfinally capitulates.
