THE ORACLE AT DELPHI W HEN the ancient Greeks wanted advice on a course of action, or advance information on the outcome of some event, they consulted the Delphic Oracle. The rhymed answers they received were believed to be directly inspired by Apollo but actually represented the combined wisdom of the priests. Civilized peoples have long since ceased to consult oracles. They now seek the advice and counsel of professional men. Those with legal problems consult a lawyer. Those with health problems consult a doctor. And, when people want to look into the future to plan their security and financial wel- fare, they consult a man who has studied many problems like their own. This man is their insurance counsellor-a man who can apply to their problems not only his own personal knowledge of insurance, but also the sound advice and broad experience of his company's experts. Moral: Consult a Travelers representative; insure in The Travelers. All forms of life, accident, casualty and fire insurance.
