Cutler They sit on low stools round a low table, which has a hole in the center, in which is placed alarge bowl, usually containing soup, made very hot with pepper. Each man has a long spoon with which he helps himself direct from the bowl.This soup and bread constitute the meal. These men are wonderful horsemen, practically tireless in the saddle, and can handle a lasso while riding fast with extraordinary skill.
