Reeksta A LITTLE REST IN A LATVIAN WOOD During the four months of spring and summer the peasants work from 4 in the morning until 7, when they have breakfast. Work after breakfast, work after luncheon, and work after the evening meal is their continuous program while the crops are growing. In the winter there are repairs to be made and threshing, weaving, and spinning to be done.
